  1. The first is an estimate that will provide you a range pricing. This is based on several factors; roof pitch, steepness of the roof, shingle type, underlayment type and several other aspects that will dictate costs.

  2. This is a quote, not an estimate. This does include a charge of $20.00 for AI measuring.

  3. We WILL ALWAYS BEAT ANY COMPETITOR’s PRICING. The competitor MUST be licensed, Insured and bonded with certifications from the shingle manufacturers.

  4. If you receive a quote from any competitor WE WILL BEAT IT and earn your business through quality, cleanliness of the project, integrity and steadfast transparency.
